As part of the signal upgrades from Burnley Station to Camberwell Station ATB Services were approached by UGL to undertake a bore under 3 of the 4 train lines at Burnley Station. The single bore was to accommodate 6 electrical and 1 communication conduit for the new signal upgrades.
