Do they offer a guarantee and what does it include?

All Trenching & Boring Services gives a two year warranty for services it provides. The terms and conditions of the warranty can be found in the written warranty statement that is provided to customers when we begin supplying services. Do they train their staff to Victorian Electrical Supply Industry (VESI) standards?

All our staff are fully trained for working with underground services, including First Aid, Proximity to High Voltage Cables, Gas, High Voltage Enclosures and Dial Before You Dig Services. This extensive training allows us to work confidently in areas with existing services of all descriptions, which means no costly over runs or services not located in line with the relevant codes.

Will traffic management be to Local Council & VicRoads regulations?

Traffic Management is done by fully trained staff, following all Australian and VicRoads standards and guidelines ensuring the safety of both staff and general public during the completion of works, which means, no expensive council fines for non compliance to codes.
